your last words, "I happy to move on...." perhaps say it best. i realize the software isn't for everyone. (perhaps just running nu with speed disk and windoctor would preclude some of the lockups?)

I do that daily sometimes intraday! I think win2000 will improve resource problem and some of these problems will disappear? I think both products should be better at this point.

We'll both know soon enough! So far I'm very pleased w/ Win2k
