I do not need to wear any vest for 65F weather. I sometimes wear shorts down to about 55F. I know a professor who wears them down to about 10 to 15F. Pete, That reminds me of the time a fraternity brother was visiting during winter break. We were walking down Nicollet in downtown MPLS and it must have been 0 F. This guy comes towards us, wearing shorts and eating an ice cream cone. My frat. brother look at me incredulous and then pronounced all Minnesotans as crazy. BTW I had to wear down vests in the house to keep from getting cold....I guess I was a Minnesota wuss. ted
