OT: Rarebird - do you acknowledge that the reason Clinton was in a position to have to release oil from the SPR is due neglect of the oil supply issue for 8 years?

If he wanted to help them, he would have not restricted drilling or restricted it LESS! 3. If he were really concerned about helping our nations truckers(as the Liar in Chief contended in his press release) he would have signed the bill reducing TAXES, but a Democrat will Never reduce taxes. Truckers who can make more money can pay to heat their own homes.
