From a math/economic standpoint (1/2 percent increase in supply channels) it should not have a lasting effect.
But it sure seems to have already had a psych effect...

This is solid crude from our reserves and the need is for sweet crude... and the refiners are already close to production capacity... so go figure.

Since it is like the stock markets, all I am going to say is that there will be movement in oil/gas prices and the political polls :)
