In a word, yes.

So if Intel misjudged the demand in Europe, it would seem they could have shipped the inventory to Asia or North America where the demand backlog exceeded supply, or so we've been told. So how could an unforeseen decrease in demand in Europe prevent them from diverting the supply to the other markets, unless they also misjudged Asia and N.A. demand? There was no mention of soft sales in Asia or N.A. Only Europe, so what gives?

Still a mystery.....
