Alfredo: According to Yahoo, there are 16 strong buys, 5 buys, and 1 hold for Winstar, with no recent changes. I would greatly appreciate hearing from you as to whether MSDW's rating was a change or a reiteration.

BTW, was there any other substantive info in the report?

it was neutral before. I feel I made a mistake in buying into this industry, luckily I did not invest a huge amt.
Will see what the outcome is
