10 million RDRAMs by Samsung by June and up to 4 million parts a month production since then (4x3=12 million) to support the increase use of the MTH recall, the Pentium 4 ramp and the increase use of RDRAM workstations (DELL has had 100% RDRAM PCs in their precision line and has added a low cost Optiplex two for 50% of their Optiplex line - both lines are their biggest sellers).
NEC also with 1 million per month.
