If you remember 1996 - till the election day in November, market was weeping similar to 2000 and then it rallied after Novvember, 4 and well into March 1997. We will have a repeat this year as well. If you have money, between now and Oct. 25, you should see some of the best tech. bargains of the past several months - these include ALSC, ISSI, ESST, AFCI, AOL, CYMI, CPQ, AMZN,GSLI, INVX, PMTC, SDNA, SIII, SVGI, UTEK, YHOO, HDD, AGS, VISX ....and even INTC (oversold!)
