Nothing is free. Rather it is called sharing the wealth with the society, or wasting it. Here, in the US, as well as in European countries, sharing the wealth for the health and welfare of the citizens have been top priority for many decades. Otherwise, there are many third world countries where one can go to and pay only 10% tax max., but look at the health and welfare of the folks there.
