Let me try to guess.

This is Louisville, Kentucky. We have very strong unions in Louisville, and a large number of tobacco farmers outside the cities. For the large part, the election is based on tradition: union members for Mr. Gore, tobacco farmers for Mr. Bush.

My guess: Tradition out weights issues. Louisville for Mr. Gore, Kentucky for Mr. Bush.

I have no idea how the college students will vote or how many students will vote. ?:-|
