Richard,

Have you no compassion?

No. I have no idea what Ted is talking about. I don't give investment advice, other than buying straddles.

My viewpoint is engineering, and I am dead-on accurate most of the time.

Scumbria... Have you no compassion?

Richard,

Let me make something very clear to you. I make my own investment decisions. I have explained to you repeatedly that I find RMBS to be too volatile a stock for my portfolio. That decision was made without the input of Scumbria. Aside from its questionable fundamentals, who wants to own a company immersed in lawsuits?!! RMBS's news archive reads like the Who's Who in American Attorneys.

BTW I do listen to Scumbria when he speaks on issues related to technology. His comments/opinions are well thought out and usually very dead on. You are only fooling yourself if you think that belittling his comments/opinions makes them any less right.

Over a year ago, he spoke highly and intelligently of AMD and its new chip, the Athlon, when others were calling AMD the clown company. The people who listened to him then have done very well by AMD in the past year and some have become wealthy. In fact I don't think I have ever seen him to be very far from right when it comes to chips and associated technology like memory.

So please stop using my posts which were intended to be humorous as weapons. TIA.
