<many now & more in prior times believed gold = real money> Well, looks like we have the problem with manipulation. When it comes to financial markets the purpose of manipulation is not to protect euro, help the Americans pay their heating bills, etc. It is to hide the real value. It is to keep the status quo in the frame of time. Manipulators always existed and will exist. The problem is nobody likes to be manipulated. The voice of the child "the King is naked" is causing panic and luck of trust. Most of the times it is proportional to length of time. Like the fire in the forest, when happen often nothing except old leafs burns, when rare everything goes. Let's hope the firefighters will have enough courage and resources for years to come. I really do wish the best to all segments of economy.
