Pls. correct me if I ma worng!! --- Yaacov, you don't seem like one, but I think just as MS has gotten bogged down by the antitrust goings on, investors (particularly individuals) are doing the same. So many small MSFT longs seem to be caught up in looking for some valuation delivery via some 'court' news. I think there's *much more to the current and future MSFT valuation than the mire of this antitrust action. I think it's a mistake for MSFT investors to think otherwise. I think at this point, an appeals win or loss is worth maybe 10 pts in one direction or the other. I think there are much more fundamental issues at the core of MSFT valuation, and a gavel isn't going to change that. (IMO) -JCJ
