Has the US & other G7 nations threatened OPEC militarily?!

Looks to this old tape reader like there is a whole lot more going back and forth between Gore/Clinton and OPEC than the news has gotten wind of until this.....

To say the least, a very, VERY curious choice of words from OPEC President Ali Rodriguez:

"We are not great military or economic powers, but developing countries seeking to defend our rights over our natural resources," he said.

"It would be grotesque to try to confront the big world powers. On the contrary, they are our customers."

Could it be we are threatening to withdraw our handy little occupation army in Saudi Arabia unless the they go "put the pedal to the metal" on production?

My guess a lot more is going to surface to flesh out this story before the election. If so, look for it on the Fox network. The democrat TV networks HQed in New York will never break that story<G>.

And IF this story does flesh out and get picked up by the other networks, will "Honest Al's" denials be plausible?, lol.
