I am shocked! Are you actually implying that low-paid workers at the SEC intentionally overlook white collar crime at the major brokerages so that they can get cushy high-paying jobs the millisecond they leave public service and enter the private sector?

And furthermore, that those same employees intentionally target small time players like that kid, and tokyojoe, who offer no promise of kickbacks, just so they can appear to at least be _attempting_ some sort of fraud enforcement?

Give me a break! What's next- you're gonna tell me that the price target of $1000 on QXLC wasn't backed up by actual research, and that the guy touting it on CNBC was busy unloading his firm's entire inventory?

And there's no santa claus either, right? Pull my other leg!

"...kid but I am fuming about those at the SEC..."

Just another example of SEC sleaziness...

A few days ago, LHSP traded down a couple of points (10%) on heavy volume with absolutely no fresh news on the wires -- but the next morning, the SEC announces they are going to investigate LHSP's books-- and it drops ANOTHER 5-6 points (25%). Obviously, there must be a "leak" at the SEC -- but do you think they'll investigate THAT?
