the whole wintel loco-motive has slowed and is no longer a bullet train, this is the biggest st drop in intel in it's history, bigger than the 87 crash.

the pc business is maturing, these upgrades in processing power and operating systems are providing fewer reasons to drive corporate upgrade cycles, longer cycles means slower growth, i think thats why we are seeing p/e contraction, for msft i think the govt stuff is just an excuse.

the hot money is now chasing the high growth networking and biotech areas.

David...which is it ..."too early" or "retrace 50 to 75% of its loss"...its easy not to buy it here...the ultimate contrarian buy....
