I have little doubt that Clinton will manufacture yet another dramatic, "wag the dog" scenario just before the election, then proclaim how prescient Gore was to recommend releasing Strategic Petroleum Reserve oil back in September in order to thwart the "crisis."

Clinton's Hollywood script writers, maybe even Steven Spielberg himself, probably are working on it right now.
