The 2003 50's are around 3 1/2 and the 2003 60's are about 2 1/2. Both a steal for the future I envision for PCS.

We definitely think alike....though I'm not sure if I am going to get those prices this morning.

I have one question on the 2003's. If there is a takeover in the interim for stock, particularly at these fire sale prices, I assume the LEAP would convert to the new stock. If the takeover is for cash, however unlikely, I suspect I'm screwed. Any other opinions.

If it's for cash, I definitely think we are screwed. It happened to me when Intel took over DSP....the takeover was right below my strikeprice (with a cash bid). I can definitely see the downside to a tracking stock now. With the current shareprice FON should be thinking about spinning off the rest of PCS. I wish I tracked PCS/FON management better....I have no idea how shareholder friendly they are.

Still looking for a downside at this shareprice.....I think I will continue accumulating until I see one. Reminds me of TXN/QCOM in '98, I get nervous when I cant find the black clouds.
