Yeah, they were forced to use those convenient, fast model systems.

Hmmmmm..... you engineer a cell and see protein-protein interaction of interest. Seems to me that, if you've got an antagonist, you've got a hit.

The Cadus system is proven to work. Seems to me that, if you have a hit in yeast, your odds are good that it's a hit. I can see situations where endogenous components might prevent one from seeing the relevant protein-protein interaction in the first place..... I doubt that yeast folks ever claimed that it would always work.

Glass..... could you issue a letter to shareholders, letting us know what in heck is going on? Is there any attempt to cross-license with Cyanamide? Is that a silly question, or is it relevant?

You've lost contact with your shareholders to an extreme. We have no concept of what you are doing, or if you are doing anything.
