Has Executed a Three-Year Agreement That Outlines a Strategic Partnership
With Ericsson Australia (ERICY) Which Includes Joint Ownership

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Global TeleMedia
International (OTC Bulletin Board: GTMI) announced that its Subsidiary
BentleyTel.com has executed a three-year agreement under which Ericsson
(ERICY) and BentleyTel.com will form several partnerships to develop new
markets.
Under the agreement, BentleyTel and Ericsson Australia agree to work
together on a number of projects that will be carried out initially in
Australia and the Philippines, followed by Malaysia and the United States, as
well as other potential future markets. Some of the first projects to be
carried out in Australia will be the continued expansion of the National VoIP
network, an enhanced billing system allowing for an expanded range of service
offerings, a Universal Access System and Unified Messaging. In the
Philippines, providing an expansive Wireless loop to enable voice and data to
carried for the first time in 6 cities in the Philippines.
The agreement brings closer the longstanding relationship established
between BentleyTel and Ericsson during the creation of the first functional
public access VoIP system in Australia. Under the terms of the agreement,
Ericsson's responsibilities apart from Identification of new markets and joint
marketing will include roles such as: Chief Technology Partner, System
Integrator, Main Contractor and Preferred Supplier.
BentleyTel on the other hand will be responsible for joint marketing,
trailing/green housing new technologies, local support in each project
location and to identify and open new BentleyTel/Ericsson market
opportunities.

Following a successful visit to the BentleyTel's facilities in the
Philippines, BentleyTel.com (Aust.) President Felino Molina, GTMI/BentleyTel
COO John Walsh and VP Business Development, David Bentley met with Ericsson
representatives at BentleyTel's Darwin National Operations Center and
subsequently in Sydney, for extensive discussions before finalizing the terms
of the agreement.
In the Philippines, the major projects will consist of significantly
increasing the capability of the existing BentleyTel's TeleCenters network to
include data and enhanced services to business and government agencies, an
expansive Wireless Local Loop project that will encompass six cities and
enable both voice and data to be carried for the first time to these areas.
