CyberEuroCare Initiates European Demonstration Project
BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 13, 2001--Cyber-Care, Inc. (Nasdaq:CYBR - news), CyberEuroCare AB, a Sweden-based subsidiary of Cyber-Care, Inc., announced today that its Nordic division will initiate a demonstration project of 100 broadband Electronic HouseCall® (EHC) products in Sweden, commencing Aug. 1, 2001.
The project will showcase the CyberCare System, consisting of the EHC(TM) family of products, CyberHealth Manager(TM) and CyberCare 24 Network(TM), to the European healthcare, commercial and governmental markets.

Daniel W. Bivins, Jr., director of international affairs for Cyber-Care said, ``CyberEuroCare is excited to introduce its telehealth solution to the European community in this working demonstration project, with additional projects in various stages of development throughout Europe.''

As previously announced on March 16, 2001, CyberEuroCare signed a letter of intent with Alleato AB, a Swedish company owned by telecom company Ericsson, Swedish insurance group Skandia and Huddinge University Hospital, to form CyberEuroCare Nordic to market and sell the CyberCare System in the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland).

Alleato offers technology and services within the areas of security, safety and health, enabling people to continue living at home throughout life's many different phases, with new health and medical care solutions. Huddinge Hospital supplies Alleato with knowledge resources and access to an environment where new solutions for healthcare may be developed. Alleato, which was initiated and supported by Ericsson and further developed in cooperation with Skandia, uses technology based on open standards and open platforms like the Open Service Gateway initiative (OSGi), WAP and Bluetooth.
