You're off by a factor of 10. I show only 8 million shares traded, not 80 million. I also believe that you are wrong about the Supreme Court taking the case. The appeals court will end up with it. They've asked for it and they should be given the chance to weed through the details. The Supreme Court should not take on the case at this stage.

On the other hand, you are probably correct that MSFT is being dumped by fund managers that don't want to report holding MSFT. That bodes well for October and beyond in my opinion.

I see 7.9 million shares (edit: 9 million real time). Are you sure you're looking at the right numbers?
