Uh, no, Handshake, that's not what I said...Bolivian Hardwood Corporation DOES NOT HAVE A LISTED PHONE NUMBER in Canada or the US, which is where the PR claims they do business. I didn't mean the number wasn't in the PR (which it's not), I meant that IT ISN'T IN THE FRIGGIN' PHONE BOOK! Lol. I see this is going to be another high-class JV. Man, you are always good for a laugh, if nothing else. BTW, did you check out the bottom of that release? It's an NPER PR but the disclaimer is for...MDHM!?!? LMAO! Like I said, you and your companies are always good for a quick laugh. Enjoy your investment. :-)

Tom, Harold Joliffe appears to also be on the board of Southern Pacific Development a small cap vancouver stock symbol SHP. Also on the SHP board are Richard Douglas, Laara Shaffer, and Hendrik van der Walt. Looks like they are very small in to vancouver timber properties as well as gold claims in the same area as International Wayside. Since Bolivian Hardwood doesn't appear to be a public conpany I doubt you will see much info on it.
