Thanks Nigel, Rick.

Congratulation to all TTP long.

Rick, I guess this time is full OK!

Yippeeeeeee! EXP N!

I did sold small part @17 (go figure) and captured half of initial investment. Was to slow (or smart, yes right!) in March.
Walter told me recently (Jim S. told me the some two years ago) in S.F.: "do not sell (any stock) too quickly and too early". This time I am going to be good boy. :)

Today we have second PII trial results (600 pts, two doses, highly stat. significant, positive and negative symptoms, excellent safety, ....), and enrollment COMPLETED in third PIII efficacy/safety PIII pivotal as well as three +400 pts long-term studies (various end-points).

Based on this results and from first PIII trial NVS is getting ready for NDA file (1Q-'01 or early), they need long-term safety (+6 months). But this is already on the way, imo.

Recently PFE made a big issue at AC meeting about Ziprasidone safety profile (low weight gain), while QTc remain at least as caution. Also drug efficacy was nothing of spectacular. Actually worse than risperidone.

If NVS can show that Ilo have addition benefits (dementia, depression, ...) in three long-term studies, and there is good indication that it may have, than projection for 20-30% (and maybe 40%) of schizo market is warranted. All IMO only.

Cheers,

Miljenko

Congrats everyone!

Do we expect any scaling challenges with manufacturing?
I know I'm looking ahead a bit, but I seem to recall
that there were issues here and am curious about
further gating factors. Anyone?

Still holding a minor position from long ago.
Wish I'd bought on the runup, but such is life.
