Typically though, that end of quarter 'window dressing' doesn't occur on a Monday morning prior to a Friday end

Actually it happens the entire month with activity picking up at the end of the month. You don't think they all wait for the last day to sell? It works like tax loss selling which goes on for the whole last quarter in some cases. I dont know what the absolute bottom will be on this stock but I cant believe we are far away from it and any good news will give the stock a kick. The SC ruling to send to appeals should be a first step. Maybe the conference tomorrow. Who knows.
