Then again they might be clearing all the creditors out before BK - just to make the process cleaner! Paying off debts prior to BK generally doesn't work (BK can reverse the payment under certain circumstances). Also, stop being so negative. By the way, I finally got around to looking at G's 8-K filed in connection with the BS deal. Among other things, there are volume limitations as to how many shares G can sell through BS at once. That may explain why they sold 1,000,000 right away. Here's the 8-K for those who care about the facts: freeedgar.com
