Gregg,Thanks for avoice of reason! Alexander Pope would have responded. " What oft was thought but ne'er so well expressed . " I simply cannot fathom the level of anxiety and continuous frustration that exists with many on this board. This is not Duke Power Pfd. we have chosen to invest in. This is more akin to a lady or the tiger vignette.

If Globalstar were a brick wall in the making, then it is my humble opinion that every week that goes by more and more bricks are added to the wall. It is a brilliant work in progress.

In my capacity as a money manager for the past 35 years, I have been continuosly exposed to many and sundry CFO's.As a breed, not to mention their Directors, they do not "throw bones" for the sake of expedience. They are invariably a prudent and conservative lot.

Unless you believe that Bernard Schwartz is acting as the grand maestro, conducting some of the world's most sophisticated enterprises in a series of lies and deceptions, then you have to steel your nerves and enjoy the ride. One final question you must ask yourself. Would these same international corporations allow Bernard to state repeatedly that their support and financing was there if needed. NOT!

Tug McGraw summed it all up, "Ya gotta believe."

Gregg, do you have a feel for whether we'll see a significant increase in MOUs Q/Q this quarter? Have you worked out any correlation between phones produced and subscriber numbers? We're all kind of shooting in the dark here. TIA.

Pierre
