I don't believe they 'screwed up in the past'. I believe they've just run their course. Microsoft once marshalled a disruptive technology into a new paradigm and rode that for all it was worth. Apparently the Surpreme Court will be issuing a answer tomorrow. Reagrdless, I think the stock will rally.
Despite the fact that I am short and shorted some more.
