Alert: Anyone catch that bit on IMMU...sounded like the company denies it has been contacted by the government regarding it's drug...desparate shorts, or poor communication...any thoughts?

In at $18 1/2...

EDIT: here it is...

<<Immunomedics (IMMU: news, msgs) shares have continued to weaken. The biopharma company just issued a statement regarding news reports of an investigation involving a former employee of the Garden State Cancer Center, where the company was conducting clinical trials. "We know of no allegations that are of merit, and in fact have not been contacted by any governmental agency regarding any such allegations," said COO Cynthia L. Sullivan>>

<<Immunomedics said the trials were halted due to monitoring and record-keeping deficiencies, and not any product-related adverse events or deaths. The company expects to correct the problems and resume the trials in the near future>>
