niether spread nor t-rates are known. So then it's NOT true that "All of the conditions of loan extension ... etc were known at the release." Dunnonuthin over on the Yahoo board actually put it fairly well: "[F]or the dividend we give up, management has negotiated a comprehensive debt restructuring plan." That sounds like a damn good deal if that's all there is to it. The current selling on CNC tells me, then, that the market thinks that that is decidedly not all there is to it.
