InfoStream,

Yup, that was a good long term call by Auric. Gotta beware subset analysis. I wonder if any studies have been done with respect to what percentage of companies that submitted an NDA based on subset analysis managed to get the drug/device approved?

I actually came out ahead on CLPA by banking most of this spring's profits from it and taking a small bet with long calls. Those expired worthless because of further delays that didn't tempt me to try again. So no need to be using my eponymous pads. Have you tried Tuck tape? Not as expensive as 3M's, but doesn't stick quite as well.

More interesting is Auric's call on CYGN. Despite his assurances to the contrary, their GlucoWatch did get approved. However, CYGN's rollout plans turned out to be a bit timid, so Auric may have made some money on that one. Thanks to covered calls, my cost basis on that one is so small that it would be hard to get hurt on it.

So I'm only a little bit piggy, however much you want to laugh. And besides, I gave Auric PCLN, though it was in a PM, so I can't prove it unless he chooses to acknowledge it. He even said thanks. I do work y'all's side of the street from time to time.

Cheers, Tuck, not the Pres. & CEO of Tuck's Medicated Pads or Tuck Tape

Edit: Good to see the WSTL crew have finally tired themselves out. Hope I don't jinx the thread by saying that.
