Bernie, I feel that you were looking for a response to your last post from me but addressed it to yourself by mistake. Therefore, here is my understanding. ADVR initiated litigation against Immune Modulation Maximum Corporation [aka Commonwealth Pharmaceutical] in the New York Court but apparently decided not to pursue that litigation. Instead, they have responded to counter charges brought in the Michigan Federal Court by IMMC and are waiting for that Court to set a date for the hearing.
