I don't think any of the g&i funds have index fund like attitudes in their prospectuses that would require immediate selling when the divvie is eliminated. There are many funds that will not buy or hold a stock that doesn't pay one. Even the S&P index funds give their managers wiggle room in the prospectus, even though they all will jump through hoops to enter or exit a change in the index at the closing price the day of the change. I am skeptical that CNC is a significant enough holding in the universe of dividend collecting mutuals to make a difference.
