Seeing strength in small cap internets CLIC, NBCI, LGTO money is flowing to beaten up issues perceived as a safe haven IMO.

I am happy with the hand I am holding. . .made up mostly of the best of the best tech stocks. This wash and rinse ahead of the 3rd quarter window treatment is not worth my time in trading in and out. I might play one or two now and then. . .buying dips and selling peaks, but for the most part. . I am playing longer term and playing the odds that we are close enough to a bottom to be a bottom . . .and that we are heading into the fall season, which historically starts the winter tech rally. . . and that we are heading into an important FOMC meeting, which could see the first move to a neutral bias in a long long time. . . all of which gives me cause to be encouraged at this point in time. Of course if we were to break through some important technical support levels, I might get concerned. Or if we were to declare war on Iraq, I would certainly be concerned. But I just haven't seen enough to worry me at this point in time. Just more wash & rinse.
