Money flow on CMRC ended at +$122 million.

I take it that means you made a pretty good-sized purchase today. <g>

If CMRC had the same market cap as ARBA, it would close today a little over 244 1/2.
12-month trailing revs according to Yahoo Finance are

CMRC $125M
ARBA $161.3M

CMRC had more cash on hand ($244M to $215M)

CMRC had better EBITDA (-$63M to -$70M)

CMRC had a higher average analyst recommendation (both were between strong buy and buy, but CMRC closer to strong buy on average)

CMRC's revs were growing faster, albeit from a smaller year earlier base.

The huge disparity between CMRC and ARBA has persisted for awhile now, and there are valid reasons for it. But I expect that disparity to narrow substantially by year end. Could mean they both come down. I think it is more likely that ARBA treads water or comes down slightly and CMRC continues to go up.

Disclosure: I am long CMRC but not ARBA. LT I think both companies are good, I just prefer CMRC on a valuation basis.
