Mario: Right facts, wrong conclusions.

1. You folks are getting better.

2. Mario is good. Scott is good or better because of his financial background.

3. Mario works for TCGI and his expertise is the microwave machines. This has a potential big upside if they crack the market with some sales. If you see a press release from tcgi, BUY it quickly. If you see me on their bulletin board, buy the stock would be my advice.

4. Mario spends part of his time at sscp and is compensated by the stock, not by a salary. He was put there to clean up the old guard who no longer have control of major decision-making - they just sell stereos and are good at that.

5. Mario and Scott and Bernie are directing the future acquisitions of sscp and they have not registered to sell their sscp stock.

6. sscp has nothing to do with the microwave business and I do not think the 2 companies have a merger in mind - it would not maximize shareholder value. You can see evidence of this in the statement in one of their press releases that they may spin-off from sscp one or more of their planned future acquisitions.

7. They have been conservative in their press releases and should remain so - it is their nature to go by the book. They have too much to lose if they screw up and a lot to gain if they play things clean. Do not go by anything anyone at either company says verbally because that could be interpreted as insider information - you should only rely on written statements from the top few. Anything verbally is also subject to misinterpretation or being taken out of context - as you can see from previous postings.

8. Good luck. Be strong. Go long.

Don't ask me any more questions expecting an answer. I may or may not be able to answer and do not infer anything either way if I do not answer. I am not an insider.

Bashers and short-sellers are on my ignore list.

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Buy)

"Anticipated Future Growth

New Business - Classica Microware Technologies, Inc.

Classica Microwave Technologies, Inc. ("CMT") is currently testing
microwave-processing systems for use in food processing. CMT is anticipating the
delivery of its first laboratory system in the Fall of 2000. This system will
have the ability to develop and test food products for companies looking to
ensure the bacterial integrity of their products. In addition, CMT's engineer
has been successful in designing a microwave system capable of drying various
food products. CMT anticipates installing a second laboratory system utilizing
this drying process.

These systems will provide longer refrigerated and non-refrigerated
shelf life without dependency on additives or preservatives of any kind. The
Company will also have the ability to develop new products for the expansion of
the product lines of its other companies.

CMT expects to have several revenue sources including; the development
of food products having bacterial integrity and extended refrigerated and
non-refrigerated shelf life, the sale of systems to food processors concerned
about the bacterial integrity of their products, and strategic joint ventures
for product development and sales with existing food processors."
