Excuse me, but did you actually think out what you were writing? Comparing ATI with SIII, any day of the week, is like comparing apples and oranges. When did SIII even have half the OEM deals ATI has today? With the way you jumped to conclusions, you might as well say the same thing about Intel. If your not sure the chromatic deal was worth anything, you may want to call ATI and ask them about it. It's comments, like your's above, that confirms my suspicion that most investors don't know the company and the business of the shares they buy. Truly a sad reflection of the investment arena these days.

PS. At least you appear to be familiar with some of the other markets ATI is in. Don't underestimate the potential of these market segments. Do you see how diversified ATI is trying to be? When have any of ATI's competitors ever diversified to this extent?
