Yes, the refineries are at 100% capacity and can't refine the rerserve oil until the spring. With Cliton it's all politics all the time.

Yep. Refineries are operating at 96% capacity. That includes downtime for maintenance, repairs, etc. They are operating full tilt boogie. There's no place for the oil to go. We need less regulation so we can do more drilling, exploration and building of refineries. BTW, who's been in charge of energy policy while this "crisis" was building? Fuel stocks in the NE are 50% of what they were a year ago. That didn't just happen overnight. Where was Uncle Al? JLA
