Calm down, hon....

I think we might retest 3600.

However I'd keep cash on the sidelines. Rumor is that Lucent is going to warn. There will probably be other warnings too. We may have some rocky retests that will be great for bargain hunting and I still think we'll be bullish and strong after warnings season.

I am also underwater on my INTC Jan calls but the dang things were so cheap anyway--I think just give it some time--don't sell--it will recover!

today was the retest of Friday's opening lows
so far it looks ok but somewhat weak
the real test comes in the next two days
some stocks held gains partially

I agree with CBSMarketWatch that earnings will be good
but not with the same big strength in growth

retest is underway
the last three times Naz 3700 was hit or approached, we shot up

the "other shoe" in the Wintel monopoly is Microsoft
gonna be interesting
