1)you have expected ch 11
2)you also expected downgrades to "d"
3)company skipped ch 11
4)company is heading for upgrades
5) 3) and 4) make you feel more comfortable about your short position

now, I got :-))

I would assume you would be just ecstatic about your shorts if company turns "AAA" with earnings of $100/share :-))
