Precisely. All politicians change their minds because they are unable to fulfil their promises. All you can accuse Gore is of embellishments. Also I will predict if the race is tight, and when Gore goes negative, watch out for Dubya's past to be ripped open. Right now he is hiding under the skirt of what he did before age 40 is out of bounds. Does not work that way. All is fair in campaign and it is upto the electorate to decide who deserves to be the president. BTW: Bill Clinton is rated one of the highest in delivering on his promises among all presidents.
