Oooh, I didn't read the SEC report from today, and am glad that ADVR has included this up to date legal stuff in it. To not have done so would have been bad news. Also, re: the FDA news...it sounded to me like that the FDA is not going to do anything regarding this, that there will be no oversight committee assigned to this issue; in fact they even said they were ADDING ADDITIONAL DRUG COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES to the advisory panel, but not in a voting capacity!!!!!
