If you had only thought to ask I could have arranged it so that you won by an overwhelming margin.

If you do manage to get a recount, do not get James Carville to represent you. His candidates have been losing steadily lately, and he charges too much.

Meet me at storage locker #101 at Grand Central Station tomorrow morning between 6:30 and 7 a.m. and I will go over details of my various campaign plan packages with you.

(Hint) I have an extremely close relationship with Jimmy Carter and may be able to arrange for him to observe the voting.

In any event, realize that I DO NOT accept personal checks--but we can walk over to the Chase Manhattan Bank where I will accept a cashier's check from you.

Techie: I don't think it is your position that they are against, it is your delivery and your "prognosticative" style of yours.

People naturally rebel against those that try to predict what cannot be predicted, especially if it is done in an authoritative manner. Calling for more downside on a sector that has already been crushed is going to rub people wrong if they have been hurt by that sector. I don't see that much more than that of a prediction by an analyst that downgrades MSTR at 30 after it has dropped from 300 ... even if it goes to 25. The analyst is right for 5 points, but wrong for 270. The market moves in cycles and it is best not to try and predict but instead go with the flow.

Don't make enemies over there. My recommendation comes from a lesson that a friend of mine gave me a few years back. "Apologize for delivery, but not content".

J
