Hi JK,

thanks for the post. I am convinced that Hyundai as agreed to settle and that both sides have come up with a figure and now both have agreed to let that portion go to arbitration. Settlement coming any day.

This is what the holders of RMBS will have to be patient about. When it moves it will be in small Time Compression leaps. I expect about two of these announcements a month until end of year.
