lml- That was quite a discouraging story about ATT customer service for fixed broadband wireless service. I have about the same story to tell with GTE Worldwind cable modem service(MSO overbuilder). So far, Time Warner Roadrunner is hanging in there with no work stopping problems.

It's amazing to me how often the broadband SPs shoot themselves in the foot with poor customer service exactly at the time they shouldn't be. -MikeM(From Florida)
