Andy, Re, but europeans are happy with that because they don't need money... they're so cultured. having money is so... lowbrow Well, A matter of opinion. There are many American nationals happily living in the UK. Quite few of them originally were posted here in the US armed forces and were captured overseas as it were. The mild climate has much to be said for it, even though we British always complain about the weather. Yes, big increase in earning power means you can go quickly up the financial ladders in life but you get the bigger snakes to go with that too. Like getting divorced or being sued. It doesn't matter how much you earn, you still get into trouble when you overspend. Life style is pertinent and not keeping up with the Jones's is my way of getting ahead. -g-. I like USA culture as much as any European culture. pearly.
