So AZS gets a big 10% return on 2 million now put at risk. They also get a 30k/yr admin fee. Big whoop! Why not just keep the funds parked, and get a safe investment return of 6% or so, with no risk of loss? Would a reasonably prudent board risk the possible loss of 2 million of shareholder money for such a thin carrot? I guess that is the question, eh? Whoever wrote the Information Circular obviously thinks this deal is 'reasonable'. What do YOU think Terry?:)
