It would almost appear that Gary is being vindictive and giving them " The ol' cold shoulder ". Well, I'd actually call it " The ol' flagrant violation of SEC rules regarding selective disclosure ", but to each his own. I just have a hunch a few people besides Mr. Devine are wishing they had heard that "B/E for H2'00" remark during market hours today when it was actually made. Hmm, now that I think of it, it would make the near-constant 100K+ size on the ask all afternoon a lot less mysterious, if one supposed that one or two of the attendees of that secret meeting decided to try and exit the stock as discreetly as possible afterwards...
