Archimedes. Talk about an UGLY STICK! Did you see the PRZ 2ndary? Boy, I've seen managements drop the ball many times over the years. But what a fiasco. No dog & pony show, no PR build up, no sales pitch from management. NADA! Apparently they didn't even ask Lehman to get what in the brokerage biz is called "indications of interest" from large retail and institutional buyers. In this manner, most offerings are placed in advance of releasing the stock. That process is precisely to prevent what's just happened as they simply dumped several million shares of stock onto a thinly traded market! And surprise, surprise? PRZ has taken a cliff dive from the 26 to 17 3/8 in a week! Couldn't buying a bit at todays closing price. Could be early. But at some point, even this POS is a bargain. And my guess is we're getting close. Wonder what the fallout of this is going to be. Imagine some heads will roll in the PRZ executive suite. If so, my bet is the stock rallies hard on the news.
