Hi! Steve - the Gorilla:

Can't make my opinion on this service.
"The reason the Gorilla doesn't always buy on the initial day a stock hits the radar, is because he rather wait to see if it was a "false" reading. "

This would be true for any screening list.
To their credit, they come with some new stock ideas, and this can be a good starting point for one's own DD.
For my part, I screen stocks up to a radar list of 200-300.
Any mention thereafter in tip or newsletter, brings the mentionned share in a shorted candidtes list. And I do my DD whenever I have time.
When, after this, a DDed stock comes in the news or gives a strong TA buy signal, I can trade on the spot (as all DD already is done).

Commentaries of the Gorilla on the markets: well, I would say that they have rosey glasses and I do not understand their agenda.
For me, current market analyse looks like playing mikado: one stick is the trend, which one? ROFL.

"The reason the Gorilla doesn't always buy on the initial day a stock hits the radar, is because he rather wait to see if it was a "false" reading. The stocks that move up, usually do it rapidly and significantly. So, by waiting a few days, you may actually increase your return by even a few more percentage points!"

Is it time yet?
On his list is MERQ. Five days ago it broke to a 52 week high.
But, while the Gorilla was waiting, afraid of a "false" signal,
it has climbed about 19 points.
Hmmm, maybe it wasn't a "false" signal after all.
But, better wait until it goes up another 19 just to be sure
you can make "a few more percentage points!"

fidopoo:the bad thing about the gorilla is that he doesn't tell you to go long or short his picks.

After a few days of watching the movement of the picks I tuned out. The gorilla gets no banana from me.
